Company History

Prizm Asset Management Company was formed on January 1, 2001 by Boscov's Department Store, LLC to manage their growing portfolio of regional malls and office properties.  Mr. Albert Boscov and Mr. Edwin Lakin assembled an Executive Management Team, each with an excess of 10 years experience in their respective fields to be the cornerstone of their new venture.

Prizm Asset Management Company's current portfolio includes management contracts for The Mall at Steamtown, Lebanon Valley Mall, Reading Mall, the Oppenheim Building , the Samter Building and the Scranton Enterprise Center.  In addition Prizm Asset Management Company is responsible for Boscov's capital interests in three regional mall developments, currently being managed through third party contacts.

Prizm Asset Management Company shares the convictions of our parent company that we will create an atmosphere of warmth, friendliness, courtesy, charm and service.  These traits will allow our experienced and committed team to provide personalized service to our ownership, tenants and customers which will ensure the long term quality and value of our properties.
