Oppenheim Building

Built in 1897 and renovated in 1991 the Samter Building is occupied by state administrative offices. The Scranton Enterprise Center is a $6 million 41,475 square foot facility designed to boost entrepreneurial spirit in the downtown Scranton area. The new technology/ incubator building is capable of accommodating several anchor tenants and up to 17 new businesses.
